Description
The closed road Spurvevænget in Bork Havn is a nice place for vacationing - especially when it is precisely done in this cosy holiday home, which among other things offers a large living room with wood burning stove and a south-facing sun terrace.
Interior
The holiday home was last renovated in 2016, so it presents itself in a well-maintained manner with neat interior. However, the original starting point was also good, because when the house was built in 1998, it was equipped with a sensible floor plan and with large windows that provide a nice incident light. In the living area an open kitchen is combined with the living room, which in addition to the dining table and soft seating furniture, is equipped with a wood burning stove and heat pump, so you can quickly get a comfortable temperature inside doors. If it is cool outside, you can also appreciate the underfloor heating when you brush your teeth in the bathroom, before going to rest in the two good bedrooms that can accommodate four holiday guests in total.
Outdoor
On a hot summer day you probably won't need neither the stove nor the underfloor heating, and instead you can open the garden door wide open and move the holiday life out onto the terrace. The south-facing wooden terrace is partially covered, and there is also a tiled terrace between the house and the outbuildings, where there are good chances of finding shelter. On the grounds there is also plenty of space on the lawn to play ball and playing for kids of all ages.
Location
Spurvevænget is a closed road, so it is peacefully surrounding the holiday home. The closer environment is also characterized by green common areas and path systems, so it is easy to move around on foot when you need a walk and some fresh air. The stroll can, for example, go in the direction of the museums Fahl Kro and Bork Vikingehavn, which are beautifully located at the small river Fahl Å, and if you want to get into the local centre and the harbour environment in Bork Havn, there are about one and a half kilometres. Once you have enjoyed the holiday atmosphere at the harbour, you can take a dip in Ringkøbing Fjord at the town's small beach, and afterwards it may be time to contest on Feriepartner’s mini golf course with Viking theme.
