Interior
Thanks to the latest renovation in 2019, all rooms appear bright and inviting - even the utility room, which is conveniently equipped with washer and dryer. In the three bedrooms of the house you can look forward to a good night's sleep in the comfortable double beds, and in the large bathroom there is the possibility of total relaxation in the whirlpool and sauna. Last but not least, a large part of the house's 98 m2 is dedicated to a large and comfortable living room with integrated kitchen. The living room has both a wood stove and a heat pump as heat sources. You can have fun around the dining table or settle down in the sofa corner with flat screen TV which has both international channels and Chromecast. As a practical detail, it should be mentioned that the holiday home is wheelchair accessible with sliding doors and ramps, and for families with small children there is a highchair and cot available.
Outdoor
On the 1100 m2 plot there is plenty of room to play ball on the lawn. The relaxation hours can be done on the wooden terrace, which is also large and which spreads around several sides of the house. The good sun loungers are perfect for a nap in the sunshine, and if you prefer to sit in the shade, you can head into the covered terrace areas.
Location
Spurvevænget is a nice peaceful place to holiday, because the road is small and closed. In the popular holiday home area there are green areas between the roads and small paths that you can follow when you want to go to Bork Havn itself to look at sailboats and enjoy the cosy harbour atmosphere. Shopping and dining options are also found in the town, which is also known for Bork Vikingehavn, where you can walk around reconstructed Vikings houses and try several family-friendly activities. The beautiful natural surroundings give you plenty of magnificent holiday experiences - whether you want to surf the Ringkøbing Fjord, fishing, bird watching, hiking or cycling along the fjord coast.
