This holiday home in Oksbøl, has in 2004 undergone a total renovation. The house is situated on a large plot (50ha) with lake and wooded areas as well as lots of activities for the children. Among others: swings, slide, trampoline and football. There is a lake wich offers both fishing and swimming. Furthermore there are two canoes that you can use. The property contains an activity room with foosball and air hockey and a laundry room with washer and dryer. The bed rooms are furnished with double beds and single beds. In two of the bed rooms there’s also a sofa bed. From the master bedroom there access to a balcony overlooking the park and forest area. The holiday home has two kitchens; one kitchen is placed in connection with the dining room. There are two bathrooms and a guest toilet. As an extension of the dining room is a cozy living room with access to terrace and garden. There is a separate billiard room. In addition there is a banquet room with room for 48 people. Also here there is access to the garden and terrace. There are both separate entrance to the banquet facilities as well from the house.
