Beautiful holiday house located in an exclusive area with view to the Flensburg Fjord. The villa is in two floors and includes on the first floor 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed and sofa. From the west-facing bedroom is access to a balcony. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, a large bathroom with spa, a bedroom and a modern kitchen with dining area. The kitchen is equipped with gas and electric stove and dishwasher. In addition there is a cozy conservatory with dining table and access to the garden, a beautiful dining room and a living room. A really nice house with unique interior and location. Here is a short distance to the Danish / German border and also lots of experiences in the beautiful nature of South Jutland.
The area
The area around Flensburg Fjord offers many exciting historical and modern attractions. On Northern Als you find the large attraction Universe, a fun park for the whole family with nature phenomena and exciting technique. If you are interested in Southern Jutland´s exciting history, you can visit the history centre Dybbøl Banke with lots of drama and knowledge about the war in 1864. The largest town in the area is Sønderborg where you can visit Sønderborg Castle, stroll along the beautiful harbour front and go shopping in the nice walking street.
