Well-kept two-storeyed captain´s house located in Marstal. The house was renovated in 2010 and has been renovated continouosly until 2020. Nice closed backyard with barbecue and a place to clean fish. From the living room there is a sea view. The house is located 50 m away from the marina and only a few hundred metres away from a nice beach and shopping facilities.

The area

The old maritime town Marstal is Ærø´s southernmost town with a maritime atmosphere. In Marstal you find the small built-together houses, paved alleys and many shops and restaurants. Close to the town centre there is the idyllic harbour with ferry harbour and the Maritime Museum, and next to the harbor there is a nice beach.
