Cozy town house located in the center of Marstal. On the opposite side of the street is the Maritime Museum. The house is located a few hundred meters from the harbor, beach and Pedestrian Street with shops and restaurants. The house contains an entrance, a living room, a dining room with sofa bed, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. To the house is an enclosed garden with furniture and barbecue.
The area
The old maritime town Marstal is Ærø´s southernmost town with a maritime atmosphere. In Marstal you find the small built-together houses, paved alleys and many shops and restaurants. Close to the town centre there is the idyllic harbor with ferry harbor and the Maritime Museum. South of Marstal you can enjoy the beautiful beach “Eriks Hale” with small beach cottages and calm, child friendly water.
