Description
Centrally located town house with room for 10 people only 100 meters from the pedestrian zone. The house consists in the ground floor of an entrance hall with stairs to the first floor and a small guest toilet. There is a kitchen with dishwasher in open connection with a cozy dining- and living room with wood burning stove. There is also a small hallway with access to the terrace and garden, a bathroom with washing machine and a bedroom with double bed. The first floor contains two bedrooms with double beds and a bedroom with 4 single beds.
The area
The old maritime town Marstal is Ærø´s southernmost town with a maritime atmosphere. In Marstal you find the small built-together houses, paved alleys and many shops and restaurants. Close to the town center there is the idyllic harbor with ferry harbor and the Maritime Museum. South of Marstal you can enjoy the beautiful beach “Eriks Hale” with small beach cottages and calm, child friendly water.
