Nice wooden holiday home located in the holiday home area Borgnæs about 3 kilometres from Ærøskøbing. The house includes a combined living room and dining room with woodburning stove in open connection with the kitchen. From the living room there is access to the covered terrace facing south. 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a scullery. There is a very nice beach in the area, and there are excellent fishing opportunities.

The area

Borgnæs is the only traditional holiday home area on Ærø just 3 km from the historical town Ærøskøbing.
Ærøskøbing is one of the best-kept market towns in Denmark with paved alleys and half-timbered houses. During the summer you can enjoy a lively atmosphere with concerts and many restaurants. Right beside the idyllic harbor there is a child-friendly beach.
