The holiday home called "Tex Bo" is situated on a spacious lawn plot and ac­com­moda­tes 6 guests. The beach is approx. 1.5 km from the property. The living area has carpeted floors. From there you have access to one of the three bedrooms and the bathroom. The living room features a Morsø wood‑burner, providing pleasant warmth and coziness. TV is received via Stofa, so only about 5–8 German channels are available; Chro­mecast is also provided. The dining area is reached via a step because the living area is an extension. The property has a heat pump which can reduce electri­ci­ty costs as it is energy‑efficient. The dining area is clad with wood paneling and has a PVC floor. The dining table offers ample space for all occupants. From here you enter the pleasant con­ser­va­tory/winter garden with a large window front, terrace door and wooden floor. The fridge/freezer unit is located in the wall between the kitchen and a bedroom. From the dining room you access the kitchen and another bedroom. The kitchen and entrance area were renovated in 2023. The kitchen includes a cooker with ceramic hob, oven and dis­hwas­her. A stable‑style door opens onto a small covered terrace area. The bathroom has a washbasin, WC and shower. There are three bedrooms in total: one with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with bunk beds. The terrace by the con­ser­va­tory is partially enclosed. A maximum of two pets is allowed with a maximum shoulder height of 40 cm. The holiday home was built in 1967 and renovated in 1996.
