Loft with 2 mattres­ses as well as te­le­vi­sion and DVD player. 4 good bedrooms each with 1 double bed (2 x 140 x 200 + 2 x 160 x 200) and wardrobe space. 2 good bathrooms with shower/WC.

Lovely pool area with ad­di­tio­nal shower/WC, stand water spa for 5 people and sauna. The pool is approx. 5 x 3.5 x 1.30 meters (length x width x depth). The house has an air-to-water heat pump for heating the pool to reduce electri­ci­ty consump­tion. Washing machine and tumble dryer in con­nection with the entrance hall. Wireless internet con­nection. Telephone for incoming calls. The house has a lovely partially enclosed terrace with views of the lake and meadow. Play­gro­und for the house’s younger guests. Gas grill, where the homeowner provides gas for the guests. The plot borders a forest and cycle path towards Filsø and Henne Strand.

Near the house there is a large grass field where red deer often graze. The entire property is within walking distance of the nearest re­stau­rant and a grocery store. Furt­her­more, there is a short distance to the town’s mini golf course. The nearby forest area offers ample op­portu­ni­ty to enjoy the tranqui­li­ty of the forest on a run or walk, and in autumn the forest floor offers many edible mushrooms.
