This cosy holiday home is set on a large lawn plot and ac­com­moda­tes 8 persons. The beach is approx. 1 km from the property. This holiday home is par­ti­cu­lar­ly suitable for whe­el­chair users. The entire floor is laid with the same stone tiles. From the com­fortab­le corner seating you have a direct view of the fireplace in the corner and the large dining table. German TV channels available. There is a heat pump in the house, which can help reduce electri­ci­ty costs.

The open kitchen has a hob with ceramic cooktop, oven, dis­hwas­her, microwave and fridge/freezer. The large bathroom has a toilet, washbasin, shower, sauna and whirlpool. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly there is a guest bathroom with toilet and washbasin. There are four bedrooms in total: double + double + 2 beds (bunk?) + 2 beds (bunk?) — (DB + DB + 2S + 2S). A washer/dryer combo is provided.

For the little guests there is a swing frame and a shelter (bring your own mattress/padding). The plot also offers plenty of space for play. The terrace provides ample space for all guests; a small part directly adjacent to the house is covered. A maximum of two pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted. The holiday home has internet access (Wi‑Fi) and an EV charging point. Built in 1992, renovated 2024.
