Welcome inside

Here you will find a holiday home where comfort, quality and a truly unique location come together in a higher unity. The house was ori­gi­nal­ly built as a year-round house, and this is im­me­di­a­te­ly no­ti­ceab­le in the solid quality and the well-thought-out interior design. From the entrance with tiled floor there is access to a practical utility room with washing machine and dryer. From the entrance you move into the house's bright and inviting living room. Here the kitchen, dining area and living room meet in one large common room, where the large windows allow the sea view to become a natural part of the interior design. The kitchen is well equipped and has eve­ryt­hing you need to make some lovely meals. Whether you are sitting at the dining table, relaxing on the sofa or enjoying the warmth of the modern, wall-mounted wood-burning stove, you have a view of the water and the beautiful landscape outside. The living room has Streaming TV and wifi. The house also offers three good bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and 1 with a single bed. Two modern bathrooms ensure extra comfort, and with un­der­floor heating throug­hout the house, heated via an energy-friendly air-to-water heat pump, it is com­fortab­le here all year round.

Enjoy life outside

It is outside that the house really shows its greatest strength. The location directly on the water gives a rare feeling of peace and freedom, and from the terraces on both sides of the house, you can enjoy the view of the sea from morning to evening. In front of the house you will find a lovely, partially covered terrace, where the first cup of coffee of the day can be enjoyed while watching the sun set over the water. From the bedroom there is direct access to a cozy con­ser­va­tory, which extends the outdoor season and provides the op­portu­ni­ty to enjoy the sur­ro­un­dings, even when the wind picks up. As something very special, the house has its own stairs directly down to the beach. Here you can take a morning dip, go for long walks along the coast or simply find a place in the sun and let the holiday peace sink in. The sea view follows you eve­rywhe­re, and the maritime at­mosp­he­re is con­stant­ly present. There is also an outdoor shower with cold and hot water.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

The house is located in scenic sur­ro­un­dings with a view of the small island of Dybsø, which has given its name to the area. From the house you can follow life on the salt meadows, where grazing animals help create a vibrant and authentic coastal landscape. Here you are close to both Næstved and Vor­ding­borg with exciting shops, re­stau­rants and cafés. Visit Camp adventure, Gavnø Slot or Bon­bon­land. Or ex­pe­ri­en­ce Vor­ding­borg Borg­cen­ter with exciting exhi­bi­tions for both children and adults. The house is located by the beautiful Avnø Fjord, which is one of Denmark's cleanest fjords, and the low sandbanks provide nouris­h­ment for a rich birdlife with great activity of, among others, ducks and waders and if you are lucky, you can see seals. A truly exciting area, which is worth a visit for a nice walk and hike. Also an eldorado for anglers.
