Welcome inside

You enter an entrance hall with wooden floors and further into the house's large living room, which has sea views and access to the terrace towards the sea. Here is a wood-burning stove, TV with streaming and wifi. The living room is in open con­nection with the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has a hob, extractor hood, oven, re­fri­ge­ra­tor, dis­hwas­her, coffee maker, electric kettle and kit­chenwa­re. The house has three bedrooms. Two rooms have a double bed, while the third has two bunks and desk space. One bedroom has direct access to the house's second bathroom. Both bathrooms have a toilet, sink and shower. The large utility room provides extra space and contains a washing machine, microwave, freezer and an extra re­fri­ge­ra­tor. The house is heated with air-to-water.

Enjoy life outside

From the living room there is access to a terrace with a sea view and from the dining area there is access to a partially covered terrace. There is garden furniture on the terraces and here you can enjoy the day's meals and each other's company. The sea view can be enjoyed directly from the living room and from the terrace towards the sea. The holiday here invites you to spend days on the good beach with swimming and nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

The house is located in a lovely and quiet summer house area at Svinø Strand. Here you are close to both Næstved and Vor­ding­borg with exciting shops, re­stau­rants and cafés. Visit Camp adventure, Gavnø Slot or Bon­bon­land. Or ex­pe­ri­en­ce Vor­ding­borg Borg­cen­ter with exciting exhi­bi­tions for both children and adults. The house is located by the beautiful Avnø Fjord, which is one of Denmark's cleanest fjords, and the low sandbanks provide nouris­h­ment for a rich birdlife with great activity of, among others, ducks and waders and if you are lucky, you can see seals. A truly exciting area, well worth a visit for a lovely walk and hike. Also an El Dorado for anglers.
