The house is spacious and inviting with a total of 135 m² and room for eight people. You will have both space to be together and the op­portu­ni­ty to retreat when you need some peace and quiet. The large kitchen is open to the dining area and is a wonderful gathering point. Here you can prepare your holiday meals on the large gas stove and enjoy them together at the dining table, while the view of the water follows. The kitchen is well-equipped with, among other things, a dis­hwas­her, re­fri­ge­ra­tor, freezer and electric kettle. In the cozy corner living room you can settle down after the day's ad­ven­tu­res. Here the fireplace provides extra coziness, and the beautiful pine floors emphasize the charming at­mosp­he­re of the house. With internet and a heat pump, you also have the modern amenities that make your holiday easy and relaxing. The sleeping ac­com­moda­tions are divided into four good rooms, including a beautiful master bedroom with direct access to the garden and a fantastic view of the water. The house also has two bathrooms, so eight guests can easily make everyday life work - even when everyone has to leave at the same time.

Enjoy life outside

Here you will really spend much of your holiday outdoors. From the kitchen you step directly onto the large terrace, which is both spacious and partially covered. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee, eat your meals of the day and be en­tertai­ned by the view of the water. And the view - it is something very special. You live directly by the water, and from several places on the property you can follow life on the coast and feel the very special peace that only a holiday by the sea can provide. When you feel like taking a dip, you don't have to plan anything. You can walk directly from the property to the water. After your bath, you can rinse off under the outdoor shower before settling down on the terrace again. It's holiday in the right way. The large plot gives you plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors, while the covered terrace makes it possible to be outside even when the weather is not quite right. Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

In Faxe Ladeplads you can do your daily shopping in Netto by the station or Super Brugsen by the town square. At the marina you can find a good re­stau­rant and there is plenty of life here in the summer. In Faxe Kalkbrud you can look for fossils – just something for the children. Also visit the mini town in Faxe Ladeplads by the harbor behind the limeworks. Take a trip to Stevns Klint and ex­pe­ri­en­ce the UNESCO World Heritage Site. A wonderful view of the Baltic Sea awaits you at the old Højerup Church. The old town of Præstø invites you with its cozy cafes and re­stau­rants for walks and re­laxa­tion and every year the French Spring is held, which fills the whole town with lots of ex­pe­ri­en­ces. Also ex­pe­ri­en­ce the Forest Tower in Rønnede with 450,000 visitors per year. This holiday home is just over an hour's drive from Denmark's capital Co­pen­ha­gen.
