Welcome inside

As soon as you land here, the calm can settle in and the holiday can begin. The kitchen is the natural gathering point of the house and is centrally located in the home. Here you will find eve­ryt­hing you need for your holiday meals - including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dis­hwas­her, kettle and coffee maker. It is easy to be more involved in the cooking while the rest of the family enjoys them­sel­ves in the living room. In the cozy living room you can settle down on the sofa after a day full of ad­ven­tu­res. Here you can light up the wood-burning stove on cool evenings or stream a good movie. There is wifi, and you can stream your own services when you feel like it. The cottage has three good bedrooms with space for up to six people. Here you will find both rooms with double beds and a room with the option of two beds, so that family or friends can spread out com­fortably. One of the house's biggest pluses is the beautiful bathroom with both a washing machine and a sauna. After a day at the beach, you can jump in the sauna and let the heat get your body into gear. In addition, there is an extra toilet, which makes it easy for six guests to share the house.

Enjoy life outside

When the sun shines, holiday life naturally moves outside. You will have two beautiful wooden terraces, so you can follow the sun and find just the right spot throug­hout the day. One terrace is partially covered and perfect for morning coffee or a cozy lunch in the shelter. On the large wooden terrace on the other side of the house there is plenty of space for garden furniture, re­laxa­tion and long summer days under the open sky. Here you can enjoy a good book, let the children play or gather around a meal, while the holiday at­mosp­he­re slowly spreads. The two terraces give you wonderful fle­xi­bi­li­ty and make it easy to make the most of the long, bright days. And when you have been out all day, it is extra nice to know that the sauna is waiting inside. First a fresh walk in the open air – and then warmth and re­laxa­tion.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

The house is located in scenic sur­ro­un­dings at Svinø Strand and from the house you can follow the path to the water. Here you are close to both Næstved and Vor­ding­borg with exciting shops, re­stau­rants and cafés. Visit Camp adventure, Gavnø Slot or Bon­bon­land. Or ex­pe­ri­en­ce Vor­ding­borg Borg­cen­ter with exciting exhi­bi­tions for both children and adults. The house is located by the beautiful Avnø Fjord, which is one of Denmark's cleanest fjords, and the low sandbanks provide nouris­h­ment for a rich birdlife with great activity of, among others, ducks and waders and if you are lucky, you can see seals. A truly exciting area that is worth a visit for a lovely hike and walk. Also an eldorado for anglers.
