The living room and dining area come together in a lovely open space with a high ceiling and large windows over­look­ing the garden. Here you can settle into the sofa with a book from the shelves, enjoy the warmth from the wood-burning stove or gather around the dining table for long meals and pleasant evenings. The large windows and double doors facing the garden fill the room with natural light and bring the greenery close to you. The large, bright kitchen is separate and offers plenty of worktop space and room for preparing holiday meals.

Enjoy life outside
The garden sur­ro­un­ding the holiday home is green, lush and plea­sant­ly private, and from the living area you can open the double doors and step straight outside. Around the house, you will find several terraces and small seating areas, giving you plenty of op­portu­ni­ties to choose just the right spot for the time of day. Start the morning with coffee beneath the green trees, find a sunny place with a good book or gather around the garden table when the day is coming to an end. The terraces are close to the house and feel like a natural extension of the indoor living areas. Here there is plenty of room to slow down and let your holiday days unfold according to the weather, your mood and the desire to stay outside just a little longer.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
When you spend your holiday on Samsø, there is never far to the next ex­pe­ri­en­ce. The island is perfect for exploring at a relaxed pace, whether you set off by bicycle, car or on foot. You can visit charming island villages, small farm shops and local places to eat, or head towards the coast and enjoy a day by the water. Samsø also offers beautiful landsca­pes, good walking routes and plenty of op­portu­ni­ties for spon­ta­neous stops along the way. Take a trip towards Nordby and Mårup, ex­pe­ri­en­ce the special at­mosp­he­re in Ballen or find your own favourite among the island’s beaches and viewpo­ints. As the day draws to a close, it is lovely to return to the holiday home and the green garden, where another holiday day can end in peaceful sur­ro­un­dings.
