Welcome inside: The holiday home features an open-plan kitchen and living area with large windows that fill the space with light and air. The kitchen is bright and modern, equipped with built-in oven, ceramic hob, dis­hwas­her, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, and kettle. The living area offers access to the terrace with views over the Great Belt, a cozy dining area, sofa, armchairs, and TV. Almost every room in the house has sea views. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.

There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. In addition, there is a sauna in an out­bu­il­ding with sea views. Heating is provided via heat pump, fireplace, and electric heaters.

Enjoy life outside: The house is located only about 100 meters from the beach, and the 867 m² plot offers fresh air and beautiful sea views. There is a partially covered tiled terrace at the front of the house, perfect for enjoying the view of the Great Belt. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available, as well as two bicycles and two kayaks for guests to use (at your own risk). Take a re­fres­hing dip in the sea and warm up in the sauna for extra comfort and wellbeing.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The holiday home is situated on a quiet, private plot just 100 meters from the lovely sandy beach at Svallerup Strand – a peaceful and scenic area between Ka­lund­borg and Slagelse. Svallerup Strand is a tranquil holiday area with beautiful nature and excellent swimming con­di­tions.

The house is ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 10 km south of Ka­lund­borg and 5 km from the nearest shops. In Ka­lund­borg, you’ll find a wide selection of shops, re­stau­rants, and acti­vi­ties, while the nature and beach around Svallerup Strand offer calm, peace, and stunning sur­ro­un­dings.
