Bjerge Strand

Bjerge Beach is a holiday home area on the west coast of Zealand with views of the Great Belt. The area is known for its two beaches, which are extremely popular and a gathering point for locals and ho­li­day­ma­kers. Col­loqui­al­ly, the beaches are known as the South and North Beaches and both offer plenty of water play, sun­bat­hing and water sports. The area around Bjerge Beach is also rich in nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces. For example, just 10 km away you will find Denmark’s fourth largest lake, Tissø. Sur­ro­un­ded by protected nature, the lake draws several different species of birds. Visit the ob­ser­va­tion tower near the lake and ex­pe­ri­en­ce birdlife up close.
