Welcome inside: This charming holiday home offers a bright and inviting living area, where the kitchen and lounge are elegantly combined in one open-plan space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, dis­hwas­her, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine – eve­ryt­hing you need for a relaxing stay.

The light-filled living room impresses with vaulted ceilings and large floor-to-ceiling windows that allow daylight to stream in while creating a wonderful con­nection to nature and the sea views. Here you will find a wood-burning stove, a cosy dining area, com­fortab­le sofas and an armchair, as well as a Smart TV with Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, and four German channels, plus access to streaming services (own login required).

The modern bathroom features tiled flooring, a shower enclosure, and a combined washer-dryer.

The house offers two com­fortab­le bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with a single bed plus bunk beds with mattres­ses measuring 80 x 200 cm. In addition, there is a cosy alcove with two extra sleeping spaces (180 x 200 cm).

Heating is provided by a heat pump, wood-burning stove, and electric heating, ensuring year-round comfort. Com­pli­men­tary Wi-Fi is of course included, and final cleaning is mandatory.

Enjoy life outside: Set on an im­pres­si­ve 1,220 m² plot, beau­ti­ful­ly sloping down towards the shoreline, the property offers truly specta­cu­lar panoramic views over the Great Belt. From the partially covered west-facing terrace, you can enjoy the sunshine, sea views, and beautiful evenings, while the elegant span of the Great Belt Bridge appears on the south-western horizon.
