The house ac­com­moda­tes up to 4 people. The sleeping ar­ran­ge­ments include a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. In addition, there is a sofa bed in one of the living rooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is small but bright and equipped with all the necessary fa­ci­li­ties to prepare your holiday meals – including an oven, stove, dis­hwas­her, and fridge with freezer.

The living room is a bright and pleasant gathering space for the whole family, featuring a sofa area and a TV. In the dining room, there’s a table with seating for 6 people. From the bedroom, large windows and a glass door provide lovely natural light and direct access to the terrace – perfect for enjoying your meals outdoors.

The charming brick house sits on a plot in Tra­neb­jerg at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, with easy access to both Tra­neb­jerg town centre and the other villages on Samsø.

In front of the house, there’s parking space and a small lawn that continues around to the back of the house. The garden is sur­ro­un­ded by trees and hedges, allowing you to relax un­dis­tur­bed on the grass or sit out on the terrace.

The terrace connects directly to the house, making it easy to step outside when the weather allows. It’s the perfect spot to sit in the garden furniture and enjoy the sur­ro­un­dings, or take a nap in the sun loungers quietly tucked behind the charming townhouse.

Explore the local area

Thanks to its location in Tra­neb­jerg, the house is centrally placed on Samsø. Tra­neb­jerg is the island’s largest town and offers a wide range of specialty shops, su­per­mar­kets, and re­stau­rants. You’ll also find the tourist in­for­ma­tion office in the Anton Rosen House and the Samsø Museum – both well worth a visit.

The town is just 5 ki­lo­metres from both Sælvig Harbour and Ballen Ferry Port. Samsø’s many charming villages are within easy reach and perfect for exploring by bike.

Visit, for example, the small village of Per­me­lil­le, which offers farm shops, galleries, cafés, and fresh summer straw­ber­ri­es. A bit further south, you’ll find Brat­tings­borg Castle with its lovely park and sur­ro­un­ding woodlands, which are open during the summer months.

Ballen, only a short drive away, is known for its marina, re­stau­rants, and bathing beach with a jetty. For nature ent­hu­si­asts, Besser Reef to the north offers fantastic hiking routes and great fishing op­portu­ni­ties. Northern Samsø also hides gems like Nordby – a charming village with a pond and a bell tower, perfect for a leisurely stroll.
