The town is just 5 kilometres from both Sælvig Harbour and Ballen Ferry Port. Samsø’s many charming villages are within easy reach and perfect for exploring by bike.
Visit, for example, the small village of Permelille, which offers farm shops, galleries, cafés, and fresh summer strawberries. A bit further south, you’ll find Brattingsborg Castle with its lovely park and surrounding woodlands, which are open during the summer months.
