Step inside a bright and inviting holiday home, where large south and west facing windows allow sunlight to fill the rooms with warmth and light. The open plan living area combines the lounge and kitchen in one har­moni­ous space, while practical features such as a dis­hwas­her and coffee machine make it easy to enjoy the small pleasures of your holiday.

You can relax on the sofa with a good film on the flat screen TV with Chro­mecast, while enjoying views of the sea and the sur­ro­un­ding nature.

The bedroom has a com­fortab­le double bed and is ideal for a couple. The bathroom is bright and fun­ctio­nal with un­der­floor heating and a spacious shower.

Enjoy life outside
Outside, a partly covered wooden terrace awaits, where you can enjoy both sun and shade throug­hout the day. The sur­ro­un­ding garden offers plenty of space for re­laxa­tion and outdoor acti­vi­ties. In the evening, you can light the barbecue and enjoy dinner under the open sky while the sun sets over Vesterløkken.

The holiday home is situated on a lovely plot sur­ro­un­ded by bushes and fencing, giving you plenty of privacy while still allowing open views across the area and towards the sea. The plot is more than 1,000 m², so there is plenty of room to enjoy your holiday at your own pace.

There are two lovely terraces by the house. One is an east facing paved terrace with direct access from the kitchen, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee in the sunshine. The other is a south facing, partly covered wooden terrace with good garden furniture, where you can enjoy meals prepared on the barbecue or relax with a good book.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The holiday home is situated in the lovely Vesterløkken area on Samsø’s west coast. Gravel roads lead down to the water, where the beach is mainly pebbled. During the summer, a bathing jetty is available, making it easy to take a re­fres­hing dip in the clear water. Vesterløkken is known for its beautiful sunsets, and the area is green and peaceful with trees between the holiday homes.

Tra­neb­jerg, Samsø’s largest town, is only four ki­lo­metres from Vesterløkken. Here you will find good shopping op­portu­ni­ties, spe­ci­a­list shops, cafés and re­stau­rants. You can also visit the tourist in­for­ma­tion centre, Samsø Museum and the island’s cinema.

The villages of southern Samsø are never far apart, making it easy to explore small shops, flea markets and welcoming cafés. On the east coast, Ballen is a lively harbour town with re­stau­rants, small concerts and shops during the summer months. Just north of Ballen, you will find Samsø Golf Club, a beau­ti­ful­ly situated 18 hole golf course.

In the northern part of the island, Nordby is well worth a visit. This well preserved and charming village has a village pond, bell tower, small shops and re­stau­rants. At the very northern tip of Samsø, Issehoved awaits with its rolling landscape and wonderful views across the Kattegat.
