Welcome inside
From the moment you step into the holiday home, you will notice the warm and relaxed at­mosp­he­re. The house is decorated in a bright and welcoming style with attention to quality and detail and offers space for four people.

The heart of the house is the open-plan kitchen and living area, con­necting the kitchen with the dining area and lounge. Here you can prepare delicious meals while still enjoying the view of both the living room and the terrace. The large windows allow plenty of daylight to enter and give you a lovely view of the spacious green garden. From the living room, you have direct access to the terrace, which on sunny days becomes a natural extension of the indoor living area.

The holiday home has two good bedrooms, which you can use according to your needs. One bedroom has a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space, while the other is located on the first floor and is furnished with a double sofa bed. The bathroom is bright, newly renovated and equipped with both a shower and washing machine. Alt­o­get­her, the house provides a wonderful setting for a relaxing holiday close to some of Samsø’s best beaches.

Enjoy life outside
The holiday home is situated on a lovely plot where you can enjoy peace and quiet. The garden offers plenty of space for both play and re­laxa­tion, and the two terraces allow you to enjoy the sun throug­hout the day.

The large terrace sur­ro­un­ding the house makes it possible to follow the sun from morning until evening. After a trip to the beach, you can settle down on the west-facing terrace, which has direct access from the living room. Here you can enjoy meals in the open air or simply relax in the garden. By the entrance, you will find another terrace that is ideal for your morning coffee and peaceful mornings.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The beach is only 400 metres from the holiday home, and the water is re­la­ti­ve­ly shallow. Along the beach and Sælvig Bay, you can enjoy lovely walks both nort­hwards and south-westwards, with the route towards the west leading you to Sælvig.

Sælvig Harbour, where the ferries to Jutland arrive and depart, is only a five-minute drive away. The holiday home itself is located on a quiet gravel road, so although you are close to many at­tra­ctions and fa­ci­li­ties, you can still enjoy a peaceful and un­dis­tur­bed setting.

Samsø’s largest town, Tra­neb­jerg, is only four ki­lo­metres from the house. Here you will find several shopping op­portu­ni­ties, inviting shops, cafés and, among other things, the island’s cinema.

On the southern part of Samsø, there are many charming villages that are easy to explore by bicycle. The villages offer local shops, galleries and cafés. At the sout­her­n­most tip of the island, you will find Vesborg Ligh­t­hou­se, where you can climb to the top and enjoy mag­ni­fi­cent views across southern Samsø and all the way towards Funen.

If you travel further north, you can visit the beau­ti­ful­ly situated harbour village of Langør. During the summer, you can enjoy lunch here while taking in the views across Stauns Fjord.

At the nort­her­n­most part of Samsø, Nordby Bakker is always worth a visit and a walk. The landscape was shaped during the Ice Age and is con­stant­ly changing, making it a memorable ex­pe­ri­en­ce whatever the weather.

In Nordby, you can ex­pe­ri­en­ce genuine village charm and enjoy excellent op­portu­ni­ties for a delicious meal or an ice cream. Do not miss the beautiful natural sur­ro­un­dings and tasty dishes prepared with local in­gre­di­ents.

Nordby Bakker offers out­stan­ding walking routes through the im­pres­si­ve Ice Age landscape, and Samsø’s nort­her­n­most point, Issehoved, is always worth visiting. Nordby, which is only 2.5 ki­lo­metres away, is a charming village with iconic sights such as the historic bell tower and the op­portu­ni­ty to enjoy an ice cream by the village pond.

Samsø is ideal for cycling, allowing you to ex­pe­ri­en­ce the charming villages at close range. On the southern part of the island, you can visit Ballen, one of Samsø’s most popular harbour towns, where you will find a wide selection of re­stau­rants and acti­vi­ties during the summer. Tra­neb­jerg offers good shopping op­portu­ni­ties, spe­ci­a­list shops, cafés and Samsø Museum.
