Welcome inside
Inside, you are welcomed by a bright and inviting holiday home designed for both spending time together and finding your own space. The kitchen and dining area flow naturally into one another, so you can prepare the day's meal while the rest of the family plays a game at the table or relaxes in the living room. The large windows let in plenty of daylight, and from both the kitchen and dining area and the living room, you can step directly onto the terrace. This makes it easy to take your morning coffee, lunch or a quiet afternoon break outside whenever the weather invites you to do so. The living room quickly becomes the place where everyone gathers when the day's ex­pe­ri­en­ces are over. Settle into the sofa with a book, bring out a board game or light the wood-burning stove when the evening calls for a little extra warmth and at­mosp­he­re. The house has three bedrooms and space for six guests, so you can bring the family or good friends along. The sleeping ar­ran­ge­ments include a double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed, giving you fle­xi­bi­li­ty depending on who is tra­vel­ling with you. There is also a bathroom with a shower, making the practical side of your stay simple and con­ve­ni­ent.

Enjoy life outside
The terrace is a natural place to begin and end your day. It extends directly from the house, making it easy to take daily life outside when the sun is shining. Sit down with a cup of coffee in the morning, find a sunny spot later in the day or gather around the garden furniture for a meal that is allowed to last a little longer than it would at home. The large lot is sur­ro­un­ded by trees and bushes, creating a pleasant sense of privacy and making the outdoor area a place where you can truly unwind. The location at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac adds to the peaceful at­mosp­he­re. Here, the children have space to play while you enjoy a quiet moment on the terrace. When you feel like having sand between your toes, the beach is only around 300 meters away. A spon­ta­neous trip to the water thus only requires throwing a towel over your shoulder. Head down for a swim, build sandcast­les or take a walk along the coast, then return to the holiday home where the terrace is waiting for you.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Saksild Beach is a great starting point if you would like to combine a relaxing holiday home break with small ex­pe­ri­en­ces in the local area. The wide sandy beach and calm water invite you to spend long days by the ocean, but you can also use the coast as the starting point for walks where you simply follow the water for as long as you feel like. Around Saksild, you will also find pleasant places to eat when you would like a break from cooking at the holiday home. When you feel like a little more town life, Odder is around a 10-minute drive away. Here you can pick up your holiday groceries, take a walk through town or find something to do if the weather is not ideal for the beach. You can also visit Odder Swimming Pool or enjoy a game at Kuglen & Keglen bowling centre. If you would like to spend a whole day on bigger ex­pe­ri­en­ces, East Jutland offers plenty of po­s­si­bi­li­ties. Head to Aarhus to ex­pe­ri­en­ce art at ARoS, walk through Den Gamle By or visit Moesgaard Museum. For a family day out, Djurs Som­mer­land or Kat­te­gat­cen­tret are also excellent options. When the day has been filled with im­pres­sions, you can return to Saksild, settle onto the terrace and let your holiday return to its peaceful pace.
