From the living room there is a fantastic view of fields and a view of the lake and Horsens fjord, both to the east and west. The house offers 3 good bedrooms and a bathroom with massage shower and washing machine.

The house has a 55’ TV with a TV package with Danish, German, Swedish and Norwegian TV channels + Chro­mecast, so you can use your private TV services in the holiday home.

There is free internet - speed 1000/1000 Mbit.

The house has a 5.2 kW hybrid solar panel system.

Large terrace that goes all the way around the house. The terrace is partially covered, so you can find shade in the summer heat or enjoy a lovely summer evening outdoors.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Amstrup Ege is a quiet area with a short distance to eve­ryt­hing a nature lover could dream of. Here you will find forest areas and a nature reserve with a rich bird and animal life. The fjord around the dam to Alrø is also known for its excellent op­portu­ni­ties for kite- and windsur­fing and angling. It is a short distance via the dam to Alrø, where you can enjoy a meal at one of the island's exciting re­stau­rants. Odder and Horsens are 15 and 25 min. drive from the house.

There is a Tesla charger with Type 2 charging socket in the carport and a 16A CEE power socket in the shed.
