Welcome inside
The at­mosp­he­re indoors is bright and cosy in this house, which features a practical layout spread across 76 m². In the living room, sunlight streams freely through the large west-facing windows, and a wood-burning stove is ready to spread warmth and a cosy ambiance. There is open access and just a couple of steps from the living room to the kitchen-dining area, which offers a good dining space and a fun­ctio­nal workspace for cooking. The three bedrooms are nicely di­stri­bu­ted throug­hout the house, giving you a sense of privacy, and the spacious bathroom includes a shower cubicle and a combined washer-dryer.

Enjoy life outside
The natural plot covers a full 2,500 m² and is pea­ce­ful­ly located at the end of the road. Beautiful trees and the un­du­lat­ing terrain ensure that the outdoor areas are well sheltered, and on the partially covered terraces you will find garden furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, and a barbecue—so you can relax, cook, and dine outdoors.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
It’s tempting to spend much of your holiday in the cosy and tranquil sur­ro­un­dings of the house, but it’s also an obvious choice to head out and enjoy the good weather at the beach with unin­ter­rup­ted views of the North Sea. A lovely bathing beach is just 800 metres away, and the route there follows quiet holiday home roads and small paths. Families with children should visit Fun-Park Hirtshals, located just one and a half ki­lo­metres away, and if you feel like a walk in the woods, Tornby Dune Plan­ta­tion is also nearby, offering excellent hiking, running, horseback riding, and mountain biking routes. A visit to Tornby Old Merchant’s Farm feels like tra­vel­ling back in time, and at the North Sea Oce­a­na­ri­um in Hirtshals, you can ex­pe­ri­en­ce life beneath the ocean’s surface.
