This beautiful and stylish summer house offers ac­com­moda­tion for up to 10 people, divided into two separate buildings – ideal for large families or multi-ge­ne­ra­tio­nal holidays where there’s space to be together and to retreat when needed.

The main house features a bright, spacious kitchen and living area, perfect for cooking, playing games, and enjoying each other’s company – all with a view of the sea. Both bedrooms in this part of the house offer specta­cu­lar views of the Kattegat – a truly magical way to start the day.

In the separate guest house, you'll find three ad­di­tio­nal bedrooms – including a lovely master bedroom – as well as a cozy lounge with a kit­che­net­te and a private bathroom. It's ideal for grand­pa­rents, teenagers, or friends who want a bit more privacy.

Enjoy life outside

The garden and terraces are thought­ful­ly designed to let you enjoy both sun and shelter throug­hout the day. At the front of the house, the large terrace overlooks the sea – perfect for bar­becu­ing and dining to the sound of the waves. At the back, a more secluded terrace offers peaceful moments and a break from the sun.

A private beach staircase leads you directly to the sea, and halfway down, a small terrace provides a peaceful spot to pause and enjoy the view. The staircase is short – but the ex­pe­ri­en­ce is un­for­get­tab­le. An outdoor shower allows you to rinse off after a swim or simply enjoy a re­fres­hing moment under the open sky.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

Kystvej 50 boasts one of Liseleje’s finest locations – right on the wa­ter­front and still close to the town. You can walk to the local grocery shop in flip-flops, grab an ice cream, a coffee, or browse the charming shops nearby. Take a walk to the wide, child-friendly beach, or hike the trails up to Hyl­lin­geb­jerg for bre­ath­taking views of the Kattegat.
