Large and beautiful situated holiday home right by the water

Welcome inside.

Here you can enjoy living right by the water, only approx. 70 metres from Roskilde Fjord in the first row, with com­ple­te­ly unob­structed views from the new part of the holiday home, built in 2025. The house has an open kitchen and common room, with a door leading out to the lovely terrace. From the bedroom with double bed there is a direct view of the garden and the fjord. The house comes with two annexes, which are the original house that has been con­ti­nuous­ly renovated - there are several rooms and spaces with room for many guests. The annex has similar fa­ci­li­ties to those found in the main house.

Enjoy life outdoors

A very large terrace invites you to enjoy the view of the fjord and the co­un­trysi­de. Enjoy the Danish weather on the sun lounger or fire up the barbecue for a cosy evening followed by sunset. The very large lawn has two fire pits where you can cook bread on a stick. There are all kinds of outdoor acti­vi­ties to enjoy on this well-main­tai­ned property.

Get close to local ex­pe­ri­en­ces

A good day consists of good ex­pe­ri­en­ces, and the sur­ro­un­ding area offers a varied buffet of ex­pe­ri­en­ces. The lovely beach at Kulhuse harbour, sand between your toes, catching crab, or a walk or bike ride in Nord­s­ko­ven with its old oak trees. Jægerspris with its beautiful old royal castle and ice cream parlours. Take a day trip and ex­pe­ri­en­ce Egholm Castle, Selsø Castle, the nature at Skuldelev Ås or Skjol­dun­ger­nes Land National Park. There are no limits to having a good day.
