The house features an entrance/utility room, a spacious living room with access to a large, bright sunroom, and an open kitchen equipped with re­fri­ge­ra­tor, freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, and dis­hwas­her. On the ground floor you’ll find two bedrooms: one with a double bed (180x200) and one with a double sofa bed (160x200). From the living room, a ladder leads to a loft with a double bed (180x200). There is a lovely bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. Un­der­floor heating in the living room, kitchen-dining area, con­ser­va­tory, and bathroom. Practical utility room with washing machine.

Enjoy life outside: Relax and soak up the holiday at­mosp­he­re on the house’s large, sunny terrace, in the sur­ro­un­ding garden, and on the secluded 1,200 m² plot. Children can swing in the garden, and there’s plenty of space for acti­vi­ties and play.

For dinner, enjoy fresh fish from local fis­h­mon­gers or shop at nearby su­per­mar­kets with a wide selection of fresh groceries.
