Enjoy your holiday in this lovely holiday house with wonderful sea views and direct access to the coast. The beach is just 50 metres away, perfect for a re­fres­hing swim. The house is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in peaceful sur­ro­un­dings.

Welcome inside: From the entrance hall, you step into a bright and cosy living room with a dining area. From here, there is access to a large covered terrace where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views over the sea. The house also features a fun­ctio­nal and well-equipped kitchen with a cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and dis­hwas­her. There are three bedrooms in total: one with a double bed and two with a single bed each. The bathroom is fitted with a washbasin, shower and un­der­floor heating. In addition, the property includes a spacious annex with a double sofa bed.

Enjoy life outside: Set on a 1,100 m² open plot, there is plenty of room for outdoor acti­vi­ties such as ball games and croquet, or simply relaxing and taking in the views from the large terrace. On the eastern side of the house, you will find a generous lounge area with garden furniture, parasols and a barbecue – ideal for spending quality time outdoors with family and friends.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The location of the house provides excellent op­portu­ni­ties for walking and other outdoor acti­vi­ties in the beautiful natural sur­ro­un­dings. The charming fishing village of Karrebæksminde is just a short drive away, offering a cosy at­mosp­he­re along the canal, lovely beaches, cafés and re­stau­rants, as well as the chance to buy freshly caught fish to take home.
