Welcome inside: From the entrance/utility room, you step into the large and bright living room, from which you have access to a partially covered south-facing terrace. The well-equipped kitchen-living room has eve­ryt­hing you need: Fridge, separate freezer, induction hob/oven, microwave, dis­hwas­her, and a wine cooler. The house has three spacious bedrooms with plenty of closet space – one with a double bed and two rooms with single beds. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, there is a cosy alcove that can ac­com­moda­te 1-2 extra guests. The two bathrooms are very spacious and com­fortab­le. The house is also equipped with a central vacuum system.

Note: The house is not rented to groups of workers or young people.

Enjoy life outside: Start your day with a cup of morning coffee on the sunny south-facing terrace. The house sits on an 800 m² natural plot, inviting you to relax in green sur­ro­un­dings. It is located on a quiet, closed small road where you can find peace and tranquil­li­ty. As a special feature, there is an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water, perfect for a re­fres­hing bath.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: Enjoy the relaxed at­mosp­he­re in Karrebæksminde. Here, you can treat yourself to freshly caught fish from the local fis­h­mon­gers or choose from a wide variety of fresh produce in the nearby su­per­mar­kets. The area offers unique nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces and acti­vi­ties that appeal to all tastes. Indulge in the luxury of a re­fres­hing swim, explore the beautiful sur­ro­un­dings by bike or on foot, or enjoy delicious local food at the cosy re­stau­rants and cafés.
