The home features a large and bright combined living and dining room with a wood-burning stove, as well as a cozy alcove with space for two extra sleeping ar­ran­ge­ments. From here, there is access to a large, south-facing and partially covered terrace. On the east side of the house, you will find an ad­di­tio­nal spacious, open terrace.

The open kitchen is fun­ctio­nal­ly designed and equipped with a re­fri­ge­ra­tor, separate freezer, electric stove with oven, and dis­hwas­her. The house includes two good bedrooms, both with double beds. The bathroom is bright and inviting, featuring a built-in shower, bathtub (not a spa), sink with cabinets, and toilet. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, both a washing machine and a tumble dryer are available.

The entire house has un­der­floor heating, powered by an oil-fired heating system.

The property also includes a lovely, large annex with a double bed and its own bathroom, which also has un­der­floor heating for extra comfort.
