Welcome to this 4,000 m² estate in an elevated, secluded location on a private peninsula on Lake Törn in Kalmar County in the historic region of Småland. Here, families or groups of friends can enjoy Swedish nature all to them­sel­ves, take in the lake views on three sides, pick mushrooms and berries in the forest – and maybe even encounter moose and deer. Lake Törn offers good fishing op­portu­ni­ties (fishing licences can be purchased online). A rowing boat, a canoe and a 2-person kayak are included. You can do your shopping in the su­per­mar­kets in the medium-sized town of Emmaboda, about 10 km away. You will also be staying close to the Kingdom of Crystal. The Glas­ri­kets Älgpark moose park, 30 km away, is also worth a visit. And last but not least, you can visit the beautiful historic port cities of Kalmar and Karlskro­na.

Fa­ci­li­ties

IMPORTANT: Work will still be ongoing on the main house in winter 2025/2026: two new bunk beds and a carport will be added. Further photos of the interior are therefore not expected until March or April.

The living space is divided between the main house (60 m²) and two annexes. The main house can ac­com­moda­te 4 of a maximum of 8 holiday guests in one bedroom with a double bed and another with bunk beds. In the living room, you can relax on the sofa suite in front of the crackling open fire or watch te­le­vi­sion. In addition, a heat pump with cooling function ensures the right room tem­pe­ra­tu­re at all times. The kitchen is open to the living room and offers eve­ryt­hing you need to prepare and serve common dishes, including a re­fri­ge­ra­tor (approx. 140 l), oven, stove, dis­hwas­her, filter coffee machine and kettle. A freezer (approx. 140 l) is located in the annex with the sauna. Meals are best enjoyed at the dining table for 10-12 people in the con­ser­va­tory with lake views and sliding glass doors.

The smaller of the two annexes is 15 m² and offers space for the remaining 4 holiday guests in two bunk beds. It has its own bathroom with WC and shower as well as a small kitchen with dining table. Furt­her­more, thanks to its own heat pump with cooling function, it always offers a pleasant living climate.

The larger of the two annexes covers 20 m², most of which is taken up by the large electric sauna for 8–10 people with a view of the lake. It also offers a third shower for sauna users. As an extension to the main house, it also contains the afore­men­tio­ned freezer, another re­fri­ge­ra­tor (approx. 180 l) and a washing machine with in­te­gra­ted drying function.

Outside, there is a fish cleaning table and a barbecue and fire pit with lake views and seating for 8-10 people for roasting your catch. Guests are also allowed to park their mo­tor­ho­mes on the property, where there is a de­sig­na­ted power supply.

Special in­for­ma­tion

Un­fortu­na­te­ly, pets are not allowed in this house. Water, electri­ci­ty and firewood are included in the rental price. Bed linen and towels must be brought with you. A thorough final cleaning must be carried out by guests under guarantee with their deposit. A rowing boat, a canoe and a 2-seater kayak are included. An outboard motor of up to 5 hp may be brought along for the rowing boat.
