Holiday House Käl­leskr­uv - On large plot sur­ro­un­ded by forest, only 300 metres from small lake with jetty

Location
This cottage is located on a forest plot of almost 7,000 sqm, about 25 km northwest of Nybro, just outside the small village of Gul­la­skr­uv. A small lake with a bathing bridge and good fishing op­portu­ni­ties is just 300 metres from the house. A good bathing spot can be found 7 km away in Orranäsasjön. Shopping and postal services are in Orrefors, about 10 km away. Larger su­per­mar­kets and ATMs can be found in Nybro.

Interior
The former 19th century lum­berja­ck house was extended to ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 70 square metres of living space and at the same time carefully and thor­oug­hly mo­der­ni­sed. In this process, the attempt was made to preserve the former style as much as possible. On the ground floor, the house has a living room with a sofa, TV and a beautiful old tiled stove. The kitchen is equipped with an old-fashioned wood stove, electric cooker, fridge-freezer and microwave. The bathroom has a shower, sink, washing machine and a "separett", which is a clean, odourless holiday home toilet. From the bathroom there is also access to the house's small sauna, which can be heated electri­cal­ly. On the upper floor is a large open space where there is a double sofa bed. From here there is further access to two bedrooms. One is furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A baby cot can be provided. The house has hot and cold water and can be heated electri­cal­ly and with a wood-burning stove. Outside is an "utedass" (outdoor toilet) with two seats, which has been nicely and hy­gi­e­ni­cal­ly renovated. In 2023 a new terrace was built on the south side of the house and equipped with garden furniture, kettle grill and parasol. A small covered veranda at the entrance as well as a rowing boat with two life jackets and a sandbox are also available for guests.

Special in­for­ma­tion
A really cosy and well main­tai­ned cottage, in a secluded location sur­ro­un­ded by forest, about 300 m from the house Källsmålen. Arrival is in A, B and C season only possible on Saturdays, while arrival in D season is possible on all days of the week. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Pets are not allowed. A deposit is required, which will be returned after sett­le­ment of the consump­tion costs and after handover of the house in impec­cab­le condition. Bed linen and towels can be rented for 15 EUR per person / change. Services can only be booked directly with the re­ser­va­tion of the house. The final cleaning is com­pulsory and costs 75 EUR.
