Eve­ryt­hing is in place for a cosy stay in this charming house, set in scenic sur­ro­un­dings by the Isefjord. The house is cosily furnished with a corner sofa and a cosy nook by the TV – light the wood-burning stove and create the perfect at­mosp­he­re whilst you get out a board game – the setting is ideal for a great stay whatever the season.

The children can run about in the large closed garden whilst you enjoy a cup of coffee on the garden furniture. After a long day of acti­vi­ties in the fresh air, it’s time to prepare delicious meals in the kitchen or on the barbecue, and settle down on the covered terrace to enjoy the day’s meal.

Get close to local ex­pe­ri­en­ces.

From the house, it is just 1.5 km to the fjord, where you can go for a swim or try your luck with a fishing rod. Jægerspris and the nearest shopping fa­ci­li­ties are just 4 km away. The area offers plenty of excursion options; whether you fancy a walk or longer bike rides to explore North Zealand, we recommend visiting Jægerspris Nordskov, where you can see the thousand-year-old oak trees, Jægerspris Castle, Egholm Museum or Selsø Castle. Sko­vun­ger­nes National Park, Sagn­lan­det Lejre and many more – the po­s­si­bi­li­ties are endless.

You can also hop on the ferry and head to beautiful Orø.

Denmark’s old capital, Roskilde, is just a 30-minute drive away – here you can visit the Cathedral and enjoy a wide selection of re­stau­rants and shops.
