House-ID: FJ1026Welcome inside
A charming and well-maintained 75 m² holiday home dating from 1949, which has been continuously renovated and most recently extended in 2007. The house is tastefully furnished with all the necessary amenities and is situated in the cosy holiday home area of Kulhuse.
You enter through the kitchen and move on into the house’s natural gathering place, where the dining area and living room flow beautifully together; in the living room there are two sofas that can be pushed together to form a double bed. Here, the wood-burning stove creates a warm and cosy atmosphere, whilst offering views of the garden. From the living area, there is access to the bedroom, bathroom and an additional cosy room that can be used as required. The living room also offers direct access to the lovely wooden terrace or the smaller south-facing tiled terrace.

Outdoor living can be enjoyed on the large wooden terrace, where there is plenty of space for a barbecue, a glass of wine and long, peaceful summer days. Here you can read a good book, play games or simply enjoy the peace and quiet.
The plot is secluded, with a large lawn offering plenty of space for play, ball games and relaxation. The house is only about 500 metres from the water, so a dip or a walk along the fjord is always within easy reach.
