The kitchen offers eve­ryt­hing you need for preparing meals in a holiday home and is open-plan connected to the living room. The living room includes both a dining area close to the kitchen and a sofa and TV area. From the living room, there is also access to the large covered wooden terrace and the garden.

This house is located in a lovely area, just a short walk from both the local grocery store, a beautiful sandy beach, and close to the Bøtø Forest. In addition, it is only a short drive to both the centre of Marielyst and Nykøbing Falster, which—with its many shopping op­portu­ni­ties—is always worth a visit.
