From the kitchen, you step into a cozy living room featuring a wood-burning stove, plenty of seating, and a relaxing space to unwind in front of the TV after a day full of acti­vi­ties. The house also offers two bathrooms with a shower and toilet, one of which includes a washing machine and dryer for your con­ve­ni­en­ce.

Outside, you will find a lovely large open terrace as well as a covered terrace with a grill and plenty of seating to enjoy de­light­ful barbecue evenings. There is also a large garden on a 1,284 m² plot, perfect for playing and relaxing.

The holiday home is located on Ka­nin­stien in Marielyst, close to Marielyst Torv, the center of Marielyst, and Marielyst Bowling Center. It is also just a short walk to the beautiful bathing beach and near Lidl.
