In addition, the holiday home has a brand new kitchen, with access to the dining room and a living room with windows all around, where you are sur­ro­un­ded by the green trees. From the living room there is access to the fe-ri¬e¬hu¬set's many beautiful, sunny terraces. At the holiday home's main terrace, there is an annex where there is a bedroom with 2 single beds. In the annex there is also a bathroom with wc, shower and washing machine.

The holiday home is located on a huge, 2400 m2 large, forest-like plot, but where there is still sun in the house and garden all day. Fe¬ri¬e¬hu¬set has three beautiful terraces with garden furniture and barbecue. The lush garden gives the feeling of being in a forest - with the roar of the waves right in the ba­ck­gro­und. There is plenty of space for lots of fun and play.

The holiday home has a very unique location on Marielyst, only 900 meters to Marielyst Torv and only 50 meters to the beach. The holiday house is centrally located and within walking distance of Ma­ri­e­lyst's many acti­vi­ties, such as Golf and Fun, the Bowling Center and Marielyst Golf. In addition, there is a short drive to Nykøbing F., which offers shopping, re­stau­rants and various acti­vi­ties.
