The kitchen is fully equipped with eve­ryt­hing you need to prepare breakfast, lunch or a relaxed evening meal. Its open-plan design means you can stay connected with family or friends while cooking.

The living room naturally becomes the heart of the home. Here, you can relax on the sofa and enjoy the wonderful sea view – whether you are starting the day with a cup of coffee, settling down with a good book or simply watching life unfold along the beach.

From the living room, you have direct access to the large terrace, making it easy to enjoy the best of both indoor and outdoor living.

Enjoy life outside

Outside, you will find a beautiful and well-main­tai­ned garden, where green bushes, trees and planting create a cosy and sheltered setting around the house. The spacious, neatly kept lawn stretches all the way towards the beach, giving you won­der­ful­ly direct access to the water.

This is a lovely place to enjoy life outdoors. Start the morning with a cup of coffee on the terrace, enjoy lunch in the fresh air or sit back towards the end of the day and let your gaze drift across the sea.

The entire outdoor area is designed for peace and re­laxa­tion, while the fantastic location means you can walk directly from the garden down to the beach. Here, the sea truly feels like a natural extension of the garden.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

The holiday home is situated right by the beach, where the garden almost seems to merge with the soft sand and the blue sea. Here, you can wake up to the peaceful sound of the sea, head straight down to the beach for a re­fres­hing morning swim or enjoy a relaxing walk along the water – with beautiful views right on your doorstep.

At the same time, you are close to Marielyst, even though the house is located a little north of the town. In around 15 minutes by car, you can reach the center of Marielyst, with its lovely shops, re­stau­rants, cafés and plenty of acti­vi­ties for both children and adults. Nykøbing Falster is also within easy driving distance, offering further op­portu­ni­ties for shopping, sight­se­e­ing and enjoyable days out.

The area naturally lends itself to relaxing days by the sea. Take a stroll along the beach, find a spot in the sand and enjoy the sunshine, or head back to the holiday home and continue the day in peaceful sur­ro­un­dings.
