Right on the beautiful, family-friendly sandy beach, you’ll find this im­pres­si­ve 422 m² holiday home, a truly special place where light, comfort and quality come together beau­ti­ful­ly. Designed with plenty of space for relaxing, spending time together and creating wonderful holiday memories, this is the perfect setting for a large family or group of friends.

At the heart of the house is the large, bright open-plan kitchen and living area, where the beautiful sur­ro­un­dings take center stage. Gather around the dining tables, play games or simply enjoy spending time together, while the view across the dunes and out towards the sea provides a stunning backdrop.

The many bedrooms are bright, welcoming and designed with comfort in mind, while the beautiful bathrooms continue the home’s stylish and modern feel. With nine bedrooms in total, there is plenty of room for up to 22 guests. Sixteen sleeping places are in double beds, while six are in fun and at­tra­cti­ve bunk beds that are sure to be a favorite with the children.

The spacious pool area is a natural gathering place for both children and adults. The indoor swimming pool, measuring up to 4 x 7 meters, is perfect for swimming, playing and enjoying time together. After a dip in the pool, you can unwind in the indoor spa or relax in the warmth of the sauna.

A real highlight of the house is its very own private cinema – the perfect setting for cosy movie nights with family and friends. After a day filled with beach ad­ven­tu­res, swimming and re­laxa­tion, you can sit back, enjoy a good film and make the most of a relaxing evening together.

The spacious kitchen is, of course, perfectly equipped for a large group. It features two re­fri­ge­ra­tors, each with a capacity of 386 liters, a large 324-liter freezer, four ceramic hobs, a fan-assisted oven, microwave and two dis­hwas­hers. In other words, there is plenty of space and eve­ryt­hing you need to prepare meals for the whole group.

The house has three bathrooms with walk-in showers and three toilets. One of the bathrooms also has two was­h­ba­sins and a changing table, making it par­ti­cu­lar­ly con­ve­ni­ent for families with young children. Three hig­h­chairs are available, including two Tripp Trapp chairs.

A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available, and up to two pets are welcome.

The holiday home was partly built in 1954, but in 2026 it underwent a complete renova­tion and was also extended. The result is a spacious and modern holiday home where the character and history of the original house blend beau­ti­ful­ly with con­tem­porary comfort and stylish interiors.

This house is ideal for bringing family and friends together for a holiday filled with beach days, swimming and fun, re­laxa­tion, delicious meals and plenty of cosy moments.

Enjoy life outside

The location simply couldn’t be better. The holiday home sits on a spacious 2,946 m² natural plot, and with the sea just 25 meters away, the beach and blue waters almost feel like an extension of the garden.

From the house, you can step straight out onto the large terrace and into the garden, where there are plenty of lovely spots to soak up the sunshine or settle down in the shade with a good book. There is plenty of space for long, lazy holiday days, relaxed meals outdoors and enjoying quality time with family and friends.

The children have their very own holiday paradise with a sandpit and a private football pitch, where they can play and compete from morning until evening. And when it’s time for a dip in the sea, it’s just a few steps away: simply walk through the garden, over the dune and straight down to the beautiful, wide sandy beach of Marielyst.

It’s hard to imagine a better way to start the day than taking the few short steps down to the beach for a re­fres­hing morning swim. And in the evening, a peaceful walk along the water is the perfect way to end the day as the sun sets.

A charcoal kettle barbecue is ready on the terrace, making it easy to enjoy long summer evenings with delicious grilled food and good company. Parking is available at the holiday home, making arrival and departure easy and con­ve­ni­ent.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

The center of Marielyst is just a 10-minute walk from the holiday home, where you’ll find a lovely mix of shops, cafés and re­stau­rants. Also, the nearest place to pick up groceries is only 700 meters away, making it easy to grab fresh bread in the morning or stock up on eve­ryt­hing you need for the day.

If you enjoy golf, the local golf course is ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 1.5 km from the house. And if you’d like to explore more of Falster, Nykøbing Falster is around a 15-minute drive away, offering further shopping, sights and ex­pe­ri­en­ces.

With the beach right on your doorstep and the lively center of Marielyst just a short walk away, this is a wonderful base for a holiday where both re­laxa­tion and exciting ex­pe­ri­en­ces are always close at hand.
