The well-equipped kitchen has eve­ryt­hing you need to prepare delicious holiday meals, while the open layout makes it easy for everyone to spend time together – whether you're cooking, setting the table or simply relaxing on the sofa.

The holiday home offers three com­fortab­le bedrooms, each with a double bed, while one of the bedrooms also includes an ad­di­tio­nal single bed. The sleeping-loft provides two extra mattres­ses, creating a cosy sleeping area which is espe­ci­al­ly popular with children and teenagers. With ac­com­moda­tion for up to nine guests, the house is ideal for large families or several ge­ne­ra­tions enjoying a holiday together.

Both bathrooms feature a walk-in shower and com­fortab­le un­der­floor heating. After a day at the beach or exploring the local area, you can unwind in the house private sauna. The holiday home also includes a washing machine, an energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump, a cot and a high chair, ensuring a com­fortab­le stay for guests of all ages.

Outdoor living is an essential part of the holiday ex­pe­ri­en­ce here. The holiday home is set on a beautiful 3,000 m² natural plot, offering plenty of space for children to play, family games on the lawn and peaceful moments sur­ro­un­ded by nature. While the children enjoy the open space, the adults can relax on one of the home's inviting terraces.

The house features both a spacious open terrace and a covered terrace, making it easy to find the perfect spot throug­hout the day – whether you want to soak up the sun, enjoy the shade or spend a warm summer evening outdoors. Fire up the barbecue, dine under the open sky and enjoy long, relaxing holiday days filled with good food and great company.

The beautiful sandy beach is just 700 metres away, making it easy to start the day with a re­fres­hing swim or end it with a peaceful stroll along the shoreline. Grocery shopping is only 1.5 km from the house, so picking up fresh breakfast rolls or in­gre­di­ents for dinner is always quick and con­ve­ni­ent.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

The holiday home enjoys a wonderful location between the peaceful Bøtø Forest and the charming centre of Marielyst. A pleasant 10–12 minute walk brings you to the popular, family-friendly sandy beach, where miles of white sand invite you to swim, take long walks along the shore or simply relax in the sunshine.

Marielyst is one of Denmark's most popular holiday desti­na­tions, offering a great selection of cafés, re­stau­rants, shops and con­ve­ni­ent grocery stores. The area also provides plenty of acti­vi­ties for all ages, including mini golf, Golf & Fun Park, go-karting and bowling.

The sur­ro­un­ding nature is equally im­pres­si­ve. Explore the beautiful Bøtø Forest, discover the area's rich wildlife or enjoy scenic cycling and walking routes through the flat coastal landscape. Fishing ent­hu­si­asts will ap­pre­ci­a­te the excellent op­portu­ni­ties along the coastline as well as at the many nearby put-and-take lakes.

Be sure to explore the rest of Falster and Lolland during your stay. The region is home to im­pres­si­ve castles and manor houses, charming harbours and a variety of at­tra­ctions. Just a short drive away, Nykøbing Falster offers excellent shopping, cafés and re­stau­rants, as well as the Medieval Centre, where history comes to life through exciting ex­pe­ri­en­ces for both children and adults.
