This lovely cottage offers the following fa­ci­li­ties: A large utility room with both a washing machine and a dryer. There are three spacious bedrooms – two with double beds and one with two single beds. There is also a loft with four mattres­ses, ideal for children.

The cottage has two bathrooms: one with a toilet and shower, and the other with a toilet, shower, hot tub and sauna.

The heart of the house is the bright and modern kitchen-dining room with high ceilings and large windows that provide a wonderful influx of light. There is both a dining area and a cozy sofa area, with direct access to the lovely terrace. The living room also has a charming alcove that invites you to relax.

Enjoy life outside
The cottage is located on a 1,190 m2 plot, sur­ro­un­ded by a spacious wooden terrace. Here you will find garden furniture, a barbecue and sun loungers – ideal settings for cozy moments outdoors. On the terrace there is also a wil­der­ness bath, perfect for re­laxa­tion and long, warm evenings. The garden offers a large lawn with plenty of space for play, ball games and fun acti­vi­ties for both children and adults.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The summer house is located only 300 meters from Denmark's best beach, and only 1000 meters from the nearest su­per­mar­ket. In addition, there is a short distance to Ma­ri­e­lyst's many acti­vi­ties - all within walking distance.
