Welcome to a modern and bright holiday home in the at­tra­cti­ve Marielyst Strand­park – a wonderful base for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.

The living room is connected to the modern kitchen in an open-plan layout, making it easy to combine cooking with spending time together. The kitchen is well equipped with eve­ryt­hing you need for cosy holiday meals, while the living room invites you to relax with a Smart TV, Wi-Fi and a wood-burning stove that provides warmth and a cosy at­mosp­he­re on cooler days.

The holiday home has three com­fortab­le bedrooms – one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. There are also two sleeping spaces in the open loft, which children and the young at heart are sure to love.

The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin, shower and spa bath. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bathroom has un­der­floor heating, while the house is heated by an energy-efficient heat pump.

Enjoy life outside

The holiday home is situated on a 370 m² natural plot, with a large wooden terrace that becomes a natural gathering place on warm summer days. Here you will find garden furniture and a barbecue, making it easy to enjoy long, cosy meals outdoors and relax together as a family while soaking up the holiday at­mosp­he­re.

Close to the house, there is also a large shared outdoor area that guests are welcome to use. There is plenty of space for games and ball acti­vi­ties – perfect for an impromptu game of football or other fun acti­vi­ties with the children.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

The holiday home is ideally located close to eve­ryt­hing that makes Marielyst such a popular holiday desti­na­tion. Marielyst Torv and the town centre are nearby, offering good shopping op­portu­ni­ties as well as re­stau­rants and cafés.

Just a few hundred metres from the house, you will find the bowling centre, where the whole family can compete for the best score of the day. If you enjoy golf or other acti­vi­ties, both the golf course and Golf & Fun are ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 2 km away.

And of course, the beautiful Marielyst Beach is just about 1,600 metres from the house. Here you will find one of Denmark’s finest and most family-friendly sandy beaches – perfect for long days by the sea, re­fres­hing swims and walks along the coast.
