This charming and cosy holiday home offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday, with plenty of op­portu­ni­ties to spend quality time together. The large and inviting living room is the natural gathering place of the house and is open-plan with the modern kitchen. Here, you can enjoy your holiday meals together, play games or simply relax and spend time together after a day full of ex­pe­ri­en­ces.

The holiday home also features a bathroom and a lovely bedroom with a double bed.

Right next to the terrace, you will find the spacious annex with two ad­di­tio­nal com­fortab­le bedrooms. Here the children can enjoy having their own space to play, relax and spend time together, giving everyone a little room to enjoy the holiday in their own way.

The holiday home is 50 m² and the annex is 35 m² and both was built in 1970. It ac­com­moda­tes 6 guests and is equipped with an energy-efficient heat pump, helping to maintain a com­fortab­le indoor climate.

Both the washing machine and tum­b­ledry­er are located in the shed.

The holiday home is situated in a fantastic holiday-home area on a lovely 1,375 m² garden plot, offering plenty of space to enjoy your holiday outdoors. At the same time, both the beautiful sandy beach and the charming center of Marielyst are within easy reach.

One of the hig­hlights of the house is the large terrace, which offers both an open and a covered section. Here, you can enjoy outdoor living from morning until evening – whether you want to relax in the sunshine, gather the family for a cosy barbecue or simply spend a quiet moment with a good book.

The outdoor spa invites you to relax and unwind, making the terrace an espe­ci­al­ly enjoyable place to spend time – even when the tem­pe­ra­tu­res drop and the seasons change.

The terrace is equipped with com­fortab­le sun loungers and a barbecue, providing the perfect setting for many relaxing hours outdoors.

There is also an EV charging facility at the holiday home.

The holiday home is ideally located, with Marielyst Torv just a short stroll away. At the square of Marielyst , you will find a lovely selection of re­stau­rants, cafés and shops, making it easy to combine relaxing days at the holiday home with a little town life and wonderful holiday ex­pe­ri­en­ces.

The beautiful sandy beach is just 500 meters away, making it easy to head down to the water whenever you feel like it – whether for a re­fres­hing swim, a relaxing walk along the shore or a leisurely day by the sea.

There are also plenty of op­portu­ni­ties for acti­vi­ties nearby. Marielyst Bowling Center, Marielyst Golf Course and Marielyst Golf & Fun Park are all within easy reach and offer fun and active ex­pe­ri­en­ces for both children and adults.
