Welcome inside

Here you find a cosy and well-appointed holiday home of 70 m², with room for up to 6 guests. Built in 1990, the house offers a relaxed and welcoming at­mosp­he­re, with comfort and cosiness at the heart of the home.

The holiday home has two com­fortab­le bedrooms. One features a double bed, while the other has bunk beds with sleeping space for four – ideal for children or a family.

The cosy open-plan kitchen and living area is the natural heart of the house. Here you can enjoy meals together, play games or relax in front of the wood-burning stove as evening sets in.

From the living area, you can step directly out onto terraces on both sides of the house. This makes it easy to follow the sun and enjoy the outdoors throug­hout the day. One of the terraces is also covered.

There is also a nice bathroom with a shower, toilet and un­der­floor heating.

Enjoy life outside

The holiday home is situated in the peaceful and welcoming Marielyst Ferieby holiday area, close to the family-friendly beach. It is a lovely setting for enjoying time outdoors, whether you want to relax in peaceful sur­ro­un­dings or spend the day playing and being active with the family.

Marielyst Ferieby consists of more than 100 holiday homes and offers a range of shared fa­ci­li­ties that guests are free to use. Children can have fun on the large play­gro­und with an in­f­la­ta­b­le jumping cushion, climbing frames, swings and slides, while adults can enjoy a game of tennis on one of the two tennis courts.

There is also a sandbox close to the house, providing a great place for the youngest members of the family to play. In other words, there are plenty of op­portu­ni­ties for play, acti­vi­ties and relaxing moments outdoors – and when you feel like heading to the sea, the beach is just a short distance away.

The house has a 10 m² terrace as well as a 10 m² covered terrace, allowing you to enjoy outdoor living both on sunny days and when the weather is a little more chan­geab­le. Free shared parking is also available in the area.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

The holiday home is set on a 350 m² natural plot in a lovely location close to the sea. The beach is just around 400 metres away, with direct access to the water – perfect for a spon­ta­neous morning swim, a walk along the shore or a relaxing day at the beach.

When you need to pick up groceries, the nearest local shop at Lupin­tor­vet is only about 500 metres from the house. Marielyst town centre is also within easy reach, just a few ki­lo­metres away, offering a lovely selection of shops, re­stau­rants and cafés.

Here you have a wonderful base for your holiday, with the beach close by and the relaxed holiday at­mosp­he­re of Marielyst right on your doorstep.
