Welcome to a cosy and well-appointed holiday home, offering the perfect setting for a wonderful holiday with family or friends. Here you will find eve­ryt­hing you need for spending quality time together, relaxing and enjoying cosy moments – whatever the weather.

From the entrance, you step directly into the open-plan kitchen and dining area, which forms the natural heart of the home. The well-equipped kitchen is open to the living room, allowing everyone to stay together while cooking, playing games or relaxing on the sofa. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer a lovely view of the garden, while the large dining table creates a cosy con­nection between the kitchen and living room.

The holiday home has four com­fortab­le bedrooms, providing plenty of space for the whole family. Two bedrooms have double beds, while the other two are furnished with single beds.

The house has two bathrooms. One features a toilet, shower, washing machine and tumble dryer, while the other offers a toilet, shower, spa bath and sauna – perfect for a little extra pampering and re­laxa­tion during your holiday.

Enjoy life outside

Outside, the cosy holiday continues on the lovely grounds, offering plenty of space for both play and re­laxa­tion.

The large, partly covered terrace quickly becomes a natural gathering place for the whole family. Here you can enjoy your meals outdoors, relax with a cup of coffee or find a sunny spot and simply enjoy your holiday. As evening ap­pro­a­ches, fire up the barbecue and gather around for a cosy outdoor meal.

The garden also features a cosy fire pit and a swing set, inviting you to enjoy quality time outdoors and plenty of fun and play. While the children can play to their heart’s content, the adults can relax and enjoy a peaceful moment on the terrace.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions

The holiday home is located in northern Marielyst, offering a lovely com­bi­na­tion of peaceful sur­ro­un­dings and easy access to the many holiday ex­pe­ri­en­ces the area has to offer.

The wonderful beach is just approx. 900 meters from the house, making it easy to head down to the water whenever the sun is shining. The long coastline of Marielyst offers beautiful, child-friendly sandy beaches with plenty of space for playing, swimming and relaxing by the sea.

When you feel like enjoying a little more life and at­mosp­he­re, Marielyst Torv and the town center are approx. 1.5 km away. Here you will find cosy cafés, re­stau­rants and shops, while the summer months bring plenty of acti­vi­ties and a lively at­mosp­he­re for both children and adults.

There are also plenty of op­portu­ni­ties to fill your holiday with exciting ex­pe­ri­en­ces. The sur­ro­un­ding area offers, among other things, an 18-hole golf course, fishing lake, go-kart track and bowling center.

If you are looking for a special family day out, Knut­hen­borg Sa­fa­ri­park is an excellent choice. Here you can ex­pe­ri­en­ce wild animals at close range and enjoy an exciting safari from the comfort of your car.
