Welcome inside

Imagine arriving at a beautifully maintained holiday home, where the holiday feeling sets in the moment you step out of the car. Everything is in place for a classic Danish summer holiday filled with calm, cosiness, and plenty of time together.

Inside, you are greeted by a bright and inviting living room, which quickly becomes the natural gathering point of the holiday. From here, there is direct access to a large and lovely terrace, allowing indoor and outdoor living to blend together in true holiday home style.

The well-designed and functional kitchen is in open connection with both the dining area and the living room, making it easy to stay part of the conversation while rinsing the strawberries or preparing a meal.

The holiday home offers three good bedrooms, all with comfortable double beds, ensuring a restful night’s sleep for everyone.

The bathroom is modern and practical with a washing machine, and as an added bonus there is a separate guest toilet.

Enjoy life outside

While the house is lovely inside, life outside is just as enjoyable – if not more. The south-west facing terrace is a real highlight. Half of it is covered, allowing you to enjoy meals outdoors whether the sun is shining or a light rain passes by. The other half is an open sun terrace, where you can relax in a sun lounger while keeping an eye on the children enjoying themselves on the private playground located right next to the terrace.

The rest of the plot is a grassy lawn with hidden pétanque facilities and cosy little corners that invite you to slow down and enjoy holiday life.

Get up close to the local attractions
Fjellerup Strand is a charming former fishing village, now a popular holiday destination on Djursland’s beautiful northern coast. It is easy and relaxed to spend your holiday here. You can shop at the local grocery store, buy fresh fish, enjoy a meal at a restaurant, or treat yourself to the large ice creams Fjellerup is famous for.

The beach is especially family-friendly, with shallow water and a mostly sandy seabed, perfect for long days of play, swimming, and relaxation by the water. It offers safe and peaceful surroundings for all ages and plenty of space to enjoy the sea at your own pace.

Behind the coast, a unique natural landscape unfolds, with small paths and roads winding through the scenery. It is a paradise for walking and cycling, offering new views and peaceful spots at every turn. Children will love Troldskoven, where they can explore and discover hidden stones in hollow trees – a small magical adventure in the middle of nature.

Nearby you will also find the beautiful Meilgård Manor, where Slotskroen offers culinary experiences in historic surroundings. You can also explore the fascinating stone caves at Tustrup and the impressive dolmens that tell the story of the area’s ancient past.

Just a 15-minute drive away is Djurs Sommerland, the largest amusement park in Northern Europe, offering new and exciting rides every year. A little further away you will find Skandinavisk Dyrepark, Ree Park Safari, and the Kattegat Centre in Grenaa.

And this is only a small part of what Djursland has to offer – a region full of experiences, nature, and holiday memories waiting to be made.
