Welcome Inside

Step into a true oasis of atmosphere and delightful colors that invite you to a unique and pleasant experience. The house is infused with a sense of good taste and attention to detail, creating a welcoming ambiance from the moment you walk in. The décor features beautiful wallpapers in soft, traditional holiday home colors, evoking a warm and cozy feeling. The floors are made of yellow bricks, adding rustic charm and enhancing the relaxed atmosphere. In the living room and kitchen, you’ll find both style and character, creating a visually appealing space that’s a pleasure to be in. The house offers two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Additionally, there’s an annex providing extra space and privacy, complete with a small foyer and a sofa bed. The kitchen is well-equipped, making it a joy to prepare meals, especially for grilling right outside the kitchen door while others enjoy the cozy surroundings. The dining area is generous and perfect for long dinners and convivial gatherings. Two wood-burning stoves, one in the kitchen and one in the living room, add warmth and charm to the rooms, which can also be heated by a heat pump.

Enjoy Life Outdoors

The lovely wooded plot offers plenty of sunshine while you listen to the calming birdsong from the treetops, sip a cup of coffee, and immerse yourself in a good book. Gather around the fire pit to bake bread on a stick, surrounded by comfortable chairs. There are several charming spots on the property, as well as a covered terrace with lounge furniture, allowing you to enjoy outdoor living in all types of weather.

Get up close to the local attractions

Fjellerup Beach is an old fishing village located in an attractive holiday area on the North Djursland coast. The beach is very family-friendly and has the Blue Flag certification. Here, you’ll find dunes and hollows, shallow waters, and a sandy bottom. The nature in and around Fjellerup is fantastic and varied, with many hiking trails and smaller roads ideal for cycling. Along the coast, there are excellent opportunities for recreational fishing. Nearby attractions include Mejlgård Castle, the stone burial mounds at Tustrup, and the Old Estrup Manor & Agricultural Museum. From the house, it’s about a 15-minute drive to Scandinavia's largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland, and about a 30-minute drive to the charming market town of Grenaa, where you can visit the Kattegat Center among other highlights.
