The holiday home, which was partially renovated in 2024, is located in the Blekinge region, just a few ki­lo­metres from the border with Småland. The nearest town is Holmsjö, ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 9 km to the south. Lake Västersjön is 400 metres away. The coastal towns of Karlskro­na and Kalmar are each about 45 minutes away and offer numerous cultural at­tra­ctions, good in­fra­struc­tu­re, and plenty of shopping and dining options.

Fa­ci­li­ties

Built in 1979, the holiday home has a living area of 65 m². Upon entering the house, you will find yourself in a small hallway with a coat rack. On the right-hand side is the first bedroom with a bunk bed. Next to it is the bathroom with a toilet and shower. Opposite is the second bedroom, which is furnished with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed. From the hallway, you reach the open-plan living room and kitchen with dining area on the left-hand side. The living area has a seating area with a sofa and three armchairs. There is also a TV with German channels. In addition to an electric stove with four hotplates, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a coffee machine and a kettle, the kitchen offers eve­ryt­hing you need to prepare and serve common dishes for 6 people. The dining area is located directly in the kitchen area. On cool days, the wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth. A ladder in the living area leads to the sleeping loft with three mattres­ses. The terrace with outdoor furniture, a barbecue and a hammock can be accessed via the door between the living and dining areas.

Special features

A simple holiday home in a quiet location close to the lake. Arrival is possible on any day of the week. The rowing boat included in the rental price is located at Lake Västersjön, approx. 400 metres away. Final cleaning must be done by the guests them­sel­ves and towels and bed linen must be brought along.
