Holiday Home Hygget – Luxury and Design, Alone in Nature

Location
This fantastic holiday home was built in 2015 and is located about 20 ki­lo­me­ters north of Karlshamn in the southern Swedish region of Blekinge. The nearly 8,000 m² plot is com­ple­te­ly private, situated at the end of a gravel road, just a few meters from a private lake where you can fish from the shore or from the included rowboat without needing a fishing permit. For groceries, there is a Coop su­per­mar­ket in Svängsta, 6.6 km away.

Interior
The holiday home has a living area of ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 320 m² and offers eve­ryt­hing you could wish for. Upon entering the house, you step into a large and open hallway. To the left is the hobby and workroom, and to the right is the first bathroom with a shower and toilet. At the end of the hallway, you enter the spacious, bright living, dining, and kitchen area. The large kitchen with an island is ex­cel­lent­ly equipped with eve­ryt­hing you could need. The large dining table seats up to 10 people. In the living area, there is a large corner sofa, a TV, and a fireplace. The large glass wall with sliding doors leads out to the terrace. Next to the dining area, a staircase leads up to the loft with a double bed and two single beds.
From the hallway, there is also access to the lower floor, which includes three ad­di­tio­nal bedrooms with double beds, a walk-in closet, and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower and toilet. The master bedroom also features a sauna and a large double shower.
Next to the holiday home is a larger barn. On the upper level of the barn, there is a small gym, a pool table, and a table tennis table.
By the lake, there is a jetty with a rowboat, a fire pit, and a small wooden hut.

Ad­di­tio­nal In­for­ma­tion
Arrival is only possible on Saturdays. The house can be booked for a minimum of 7 days. Pets are un­fortu­na­te­ly not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. A deposit is required, which will be refunded after sett­le­ment of utility costs and after the house has been handed over in impec­cab­le condition. Towels and bed linen can be ordered for 15 EUR per person; if desired, please indicate this in the booking comment field. Final cleaning is included in the price. A rowboat is also included. Fishing is allowed without a fishing permit. The lake contains roach and small perch.
